Schedule a Consultation If you have a design project you would like to discuss, you can set up an initial consultation with Tommy for him to walk through your decorating space and/or discuss your needs in detail. At this time, Tommy will take photos and measurements and will review any existing decor and materials you’d like to incorporate into your design. Colors, style and installation dates will also be discussed.

The next step would be a formal proposal and project estimate. A $250 proposal fee is payable upon receipt. Should you proceed with the project, the fee will be credited back in full on the final invoice. When the proposal and estimate are approved and finalized, installation dates and next steps will be confirmed.

Tommy Williams Design is based out of Southern California, so services are offered primarily in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, San Diego and Ventura Counties. However, Tommy is happy to travel to most any location nationwide — he has provided design services all over the world and currently has several out-of-state clients.
